In Argentina we have, by Law, some transferable holidays.
• National Holidays whose dates coincide with Tuesday and Wednesday will be moved to the previous Monday.
• National Holidays that coincide with Thursday or Friday will move to the following Monday.
I have not found if it is possible to represent them in any way.
For example, in 2024 we will have Wednesday, November 20, it will be moved to Monday, November 18.
