Additional Question: Under the section of Possible Use Case, "Seamless and Contact-less Check-in " Are there any particular details/workflow that the hotel is currently adopting which is really important to client / company?

Some question on the normal basis on how the traditional check in process is done: (Correct me if i got the procedure wrong. )

What are the minimal workflow for the guest which needed to provide for the check-in process such as Personal particulars. Photo of Passport / Photo of Identity Card Booking Documents

What are the current workflow for the front desk staff needed to be done on the administration side? Upon receiving that the guest have arrived. Collect and counter check the booking documents and personal particular. After verification is done, give out the hotel access card and proceed to room. (Correct me if i got the procedure wrong. )
