As an product manager I want the OIH Header to be properly documented, so that ISVs and other 3rd parties which develop a connector know how to use the OIH Header.

Acceptance Criteria:

[x] Missing OIH Header parts are described within the readme file of the master data models folder
[x] Changes reviewed and approved by common data model aspect workgroup
