As a product manager I want properly defined release cycles, so that models can quickly be changed according to market needs.

Release Cycles Description

According to our discussing the release cycle should be more dynamic (e.g. bug fixes can be released ad-hoc).

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] Release Cycle part has been modified according to discussed changes
[ ] New description has been reviewed by workgroup
