JOSS is using a modified APA style, so it might make sense to add the style to the official Citation Styles Language repository. @arfon

Probably doable within 1h or so:

[ ] Update resources/apa.csl
- Change title, category, etc
- Summarize the differences from APA somewhere
- Check how to set the author/copyright fields correctly
- Check for other things that need updating
[ ] Open PR at the CSL repo.
