Submission type for peer review collaborations? #25

Hi, JOSE has a collaboration with community organisation The Carpentries (https://carpentries.org/blog/2022/02/carpentries-lab-lesson-review-pilot/) where lessons are peer reviewed at The Carpentries Lab and then submitted to JOSE.

Is it sensible to make a new submission type for something like "peer reviewed by community partner"? This situation is different from a typical "new submission".

Hi — creating a new submission type in our backend involves development work, and we don't have funds currently to pay for a developer. We will need to make do with a text note at submission time.
