Otherwise - I did another check through, and everything looks good to me now! Can confirm to go through to the acceptance process! Thanks @arokem

If the paper PDF and Crossref deposit XML look good in https://github.com/openjournals/joss-papers/pull/629, then you can now move forward with accepting the submission by compiling again with the flag deposit=true e.g.
