@KriNiTi – please remove the extra licensing information at the top of you paper.md (it's breaking things) and format as you have for other related papers e.g., https://gitlab.com/fame-framework/fame-io/-/raw/139-prepare-publication/paper/paper.md

arfon commented 1 year ago

This is a joint/related submission to https://github.com/openjournals/joss-reviews/issues/4794

@KriNiTi – thanks for your submission to JOSS. We're currently managing a large backlog of submissions and the editor most appropriate for your area is already rather busy.

For now, we will need to waitlist this paper and process it as the queue reduces. Thanks for your patience!

Dear all,

I am now back from holidays, and, as corresponding author, I will now take my responsibilities and serve as primary point of contact for DLR. Thank you @KriNiTi and @fxnitsch for your efforts. Kind regards, Christoph Schimeczek

zoltanmaric commented 1 year ago

Hi @fraukewiese, sorry for the late reply. I'm not sure how I got nominated, as I don't really remember volunteering as a reviewer or any interaction with the JOSS. I apologise for the confusion, and I'm afraid I'll have to decline the review.

@KriNiTi can you perhaps shed some light on how I got nominated? Was it a typo? Cheers!

fraukewiese commented 1 year ago

Thanks for the reply @zoltanmaric . You are actually listed here: https://bit.ly/joss-reviewers . So I guess you would like to be deleted from that list?

fraukewiese commented 1 year ago

@dlr-cjs : Just in case: Do you have any additional suggestions for reviewer?

testerink commented 1 year ago

Hi, I registered many years ago as a reviewer when I was a PhD student. But with my current work I find it hard to fit in these reviews. So I think it's best if I'm removed from the list.

dlr-cjs commented 1 year ago

@fraukewiese : We are on it and will suggest some reviewers next week.

dlr-cjs commented 1 year ago

@fraukewiese : I hereby suggest two reviewers for AMIRIS. They aren't into energy research but both are experienced software engineers: @mvrueden and @SebastianBoblest

Hi,

yes I can do that, but I will not be able to start the review before Dec 18th. I hope that is ok.

Best, Sebastian

@dlr-cjs : I am currently trying to find an additional reviewer by mail. However, if you have any additional ideas who could review, please let me know.

imcatta commented 1 year ago

@fraukewiese if you haven't found a reviewer yet, I can volunteer. For transparency with respect to COI policy, I want to say that I am reviewing a related publication with some shared authors.

fraukewiese commented 1 year ago

@imcatta : Thank you very much! Sounds great. I will add you as reviewer and start the review.

@SebastianBoblest @imcatta – many thanks for agreeing to review here! See you over in #5041 where the actual review will take place.

HI Frauke, I completely forgot about having done that. Unfortunately I think that was a bit of a too ambitious move on my part, so yes - I would prefer to get removed from the list please. Sorry for the trouble I caused.
