@arunavabasu-03 thanks for this submission. I am the AEiC on this track and here to help process initial steps.
Note the above paper compilation error is due to the lack of affiliation information provided with your paper.md yaml content. Please update/fix this, and study our paper preparation guidelines and the example here: https://joss.readthedocs.io/en/latest/submitting.html#example-paper-and-bibliography
You can call: @editorialbot generate pdf

@ppxasjsm it looks like you are handling several submission already. I was wondering if you could handle this one and take on one more? No worries if not, I can leave this waitlisted this for the moment instead.

Hello @arunavabasu-03 - thanks for your patience. I'm taking a look at your submission now.
Could you provide a little more context with regard to this project's relationship to the research community? I ask as there are no institutional affiliations given, and I cannot access your website from university - security is blocking. In addition, there are no references given.
Please also note that figure two is overspilling the page, it needs to be resized.
FYI @arunavabasu-03 I've just tried having a play around with the web application and it seems to be running very slowly, there is no plot displayed after waiting a few minutes.
@arunavabasu-03 can you get back to @lucydot please?
@arunavabasu-03 if you are still interested in pursuing a JOSS publication you are required to respond to the editor/reviewer queries in a timely manor. If you are still interested please respond to the above.

Hey @lucydot , actually this is project is for high-resolution infrared molecular spectra , mainly targeted to researchers for more fast and a convenient way to work with radis to generate spectrum and research upon that !! and this project is independently developed by us and the contributors so there is no affiliations in the project and other thing is references that I added this in the code but after compiling it not adding in the draft , and when the app is gonna up I am going to comment down .
Hi @arunavabasu-03; I am a little confused as to the motivation for writing the code if there is no (formal or informal) relationship with research community, even in the past? How did you identify the need for the application if this is the case?
Once the application is useable please let me know - I am still unable to generate a plot after a few minutes wait.

Hi @arunavabasu-03 @suzil - a reminder to respond to question above. Do you have a timescale for when the application will be ready to test? If it is more than a couple of weeks we may be that we recommend re-submission when it is ready, and when we have established the need for this tool (ie, how do you know this "caters to the diverse needs of researchers working in various fields"?)
@Kevin-Mattheus-Moerman - I think we may need to close this pre-review as communication has stalled. Shall we set a final deadline - 22nd December? (end of this week)
Hello, a quick note to say I will be on annual leave for the next two weeks - will check back here w/c 8th Jan.
hey @lucydot and @Kevin-Mattheus-Moerman , actually I busy with my exams but now you can take a look on radis.app !! Link - https://www.radis.app/ .
@arunavabasu-03 given that communication here was stalled. And changes, requested by the editors, were not implemented in a timely manor (and that fact that the paper still does not confirm to our standards). We will now proceed to reject this submission.
