Hi @AthinaLange! I am checking your submission for a few things to make sure it can move forward into review.
Hi @kthyng,
because of the camera calibration, the video can't be compressed. I have uploaded the file to Zenodo and inserted the new link there.
The 'docs' directory is where all the figures for the wiki are stored. The majority of the documentation is in the wiki. This software will be added to the CIRN (Coastal Imaging Research Network) repositories and having the documentation in a wiki has become standard practice there.
Thanks
Ok great. Next step: Please suggest 5 reviewers from the database listed above or your own (non-conflicted) extended network. Their github handles are most useful to receive but please don't use "@" to reference them since it will prematurely ping them.
@hugoledoux Could you edit this submission?
@editorialbot invite @hugoledoux as editor
Invitation to edit this submission sent!
@kthyng Here are an additional 4 reviewers from the database: abhishekbajpayee, Akaawase, TomasBeuzen, and simmonsja
@kthyng I am a bit too busy at the moment and I'm going on holidays in 2w, so if there's another option that would be nice.
If not, I can take it but that might a bit slower than usual
@hugoledoux Ok fair enough. I will see if someone in image processing becomes available in the meantime. If not, perhaps you'll be hearing from me again! 😆 Enjoy your holidays!
@AthinaLange I'll add this submission to our waitlist; thanks for your patience!
@Kevin-Mattheus-Moerman Would this be in your area of expertise and if so could you take this on?
@editorialbot invite @Kevin-Mattheus-Moerman as editor
Invitation to edit this submission sent!
@Kevin-Mattheus-Moerman might you be able to edit this submission?
@editorialbot assign me as editor
Assigned! @Kevin-Mattheus-Moerman is now the editor
@AthinaLange I am currently looking for reviewers for this work. If you are able to help suggest any reviewers at this point that could be helpful too. You can mention their GitHub handles here but leave out the @
symbol.
@simmonsja would you be interested in reviewing this work for JOSS? It features video stabilisation of coastal video footage.

Hi @Kevin-Mattheus-Moerman, Unfortunately I don't have access to MATLAB with my new organisation, so hard to review this submission. @kvos may be a more suitable reviewer if he has capacity and has quite a bit of experience with UAV. Cheers, Josh

sorry @Kevin-Mattheus-Moerman , I haven't opened MATLAB since 2017 and don't have access to it neither. I would suggest Mitchell Harley.

Hi Kevin, I'm afraid I don't have time at the moment. You could also try Maarten Zwarts (m.p.a.zwarts@uu.nl) or Javier Leon (jleon@usc.edu.au). Cheers, Timothy
@tdprice thanks for those suggestions. Do you know their GitHub handles by any chance? Thanks
@Kevin-Mattheus-Moerman No sorry, I'm not sure if they're no GitHub actually.
