Hi @Kevin-Mattheus-Moerman!
Do we just have to wait for a editor to start the process or how does it work from now?
Thanks a lot! William
@willros yes I'm looking for a handling editor. Our bioinformatics editors have all been preoccupied with other submissions so none have been available. I'll assign one as soon as one is.
@editorialbot invite @csoneson as editor
Invitation to edit this submission sent!
@editorialbot assign @csoneson as editor
Assigned! @csoneson is now the editor
ππ» @willros - I will handle your submission, and start by finding a couple of suitable reviewers. Thanks for the suggestions above!
ππ» @chrisamiller, @KatyBrown, @kdm9 - would you be interested in reviewing this submission for JOSS?
Fraggler: A Python Package and CLI Tool for Automated Fragment Analysis https://github.com/openjournals/joss-reviews/issues/6786
Thanks in advance!
@csoneson,
Thanks for taking this on!
Unfortunately, I'm slammed with deadlines and can't commit to a timely review at this time. Good luck!
Hi @csoneson, I can look at this if it can wait until the June 24-28 week? I'm not sure what turnaround time is expected. Thanks!
@chrisamiller - no worries, thanks for letting us know!
@KatyBrown - thanks, that would be great! We usually try to get a first round of reviews done within 2-4 weeks.
@csoneson on leave until next week, but if it would still be useful can review when I'm back.
@kdm9 - that would be great, thanks! I'll assign you and @KatyBrown now and open the review issue, you will find all the instructions there when you're back.
@editorialbot add @kdm9 as reviewer
@kdm9 added to the reviewers list!
@editorialbot add @KatyBrown as reviewer
@KatyBrown added to the reviewers list!
@editorialbot start review
OK, I've started the review over in https://github.com/openjournals/joss-reviews/issues/6869.
