@zhubonan this work may be somewhat outside of your usual domain, but I was wondering if you are familiar with the techniques employed and therefore able to handle it regardless. Thanks anyway.

@laura-hetzel and @TheFollyLlama - on looking over the repo, my first question is about a general description of the software. Usually this information is in the README - e.g. what the software does, how to install it and use it, any dependencies, and examples. Could you add a page like this? It would make it much easier for reviewers and potential users of the software.
Also - is @laura-hetzel or @TheFollyLlama the author for correspondence?
hi @diazrenata. I've updated the README. The R requirements are in the R package directory . Easiest way to install and use is via the dockerhub image
The corresponding author is @ahmed-ali9
Hi @diazrenata can we please get an update on the status of the review? Also, we indicated that @ahmed-ali9 is the corresponding author, but he has not been added to this repository. Thank you!
Dear @diazrenata , we would like an update of the status of the manuscript please? Just incase this does not reach you, i have taken the liberty to also send you an email, i hope thats okay!
