👋 @RobinHankin - I don't understand why you've resubmitted this - given that there's already a submission of this software that JOSS is now reviewing for substantial scholarly effort? Is there something different here?

@danielskatz I rewrote paper.md in accordance with your suggestions yesterday - and this includes substantial reworking. Hence the resubmission, was this incorrect?

yes, this was incorrect. You just need to use the command @editorialbot generate pdf in the original submission to update the PDF. I'll do that, and then mark this one as withdrawn.
