@Woffee Dear author, thanks for this submission. I am the AEiC on this track and here to help process the initial steps. Before we proceed, please can you have a look at the following points:

@Woffee, I am your editor for this submission. If you have any questions please reach out. In the mean time, could you please take a look at the suggested improvements from the EiC? If you could also suggest some reviewers for your submission that would be great. You can search the list of people that have already agreed to review and may be suitable for this submission. If you give me 3-5 suggestions for reviewers with their github handles without the '@', I can reach out to them for the review.
Thank you for your feedback and for assisting us with the initial steps of the submission process. I am one of the authors of the project, and we have addressed the issues mentioned in your message. Specifically, we:
Fixed the reported potential DOI issues by adding ISSN to the books and reformatting the DOI entries in the .bib file. Created and added a CONTRIBUTING.md file, and linked it in the README section of our GitHub repository.
Additionally, we will provide the reviewers' list shortly.
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to inform you that the corresponding author for our submission is Dr. Omowunmi Sadik. Her contact email is omowunmi.sadik@njit.edu.
Please note that Dr. Sadik does not currently have a GitHub account. I kindly request that any important communications or updates related to the review process be sent to her via email, in addition to the GitHub review platform. She plans to create an account in the future.
Thank you for your assistance, and please let me know if any additional information is required.
Thank you @Grant-Xue. It is not necessary for the corresponding author to be involved in the submission per se. The review should still be visible for an account. Will you be the main contact for the submission to address any issues with the code etc?
Any reviewer suggestions would be massively appreciated to speed up the process of finding people to review this submission.
Dear JOSS Editor Toni Mey
Thank you for your message. I will be the main contact for the submission and will address any issues related to the code or the review process.
Regarding potential reviewers, I believe the following individuals have extensive knowledge in electrochemical analysis and would provide valuable feedback. However, they may not be registered as JOSS reviewers on GitHub:
1.
Professor Omotayo A. Arotiba Director, Center for Nanomaterials and Science Research Department of Chemistry, University of Johannesburg Email: @.*** 2.
Professor Ashok Mulchandani W. Ruel Johnson Chair in Environmental Engineering Distinguished Professor, Chemical & Environmental Engineering University of California, Riverside Email: @.*** 3.
Professor Emmanuel Iwuoha Senior Professor, SARChI (Tier 1) University of the Western Cape Email: @.*** 4.
Professor Sudipta Seal Department of Material Science and Engineering University of Central Florida Email: @.*** 5.
Professor Silvana Andreescu Egon Matijevic Chair of Chemistry / Co-Director of CAMP Department of Chemistry & Molecular Science Clarkson University Email: @.***
Please let me know if any additional information is needed or if I can assist further with the review process.
Best regards,

Dear Editor @ppxasjsm
Thank you for your message. I have reviewed the suggested improvements from the EiC and will work on addressing them promptly.
In the meantime, after searching for related works. I would like to propose the following reviewers for my submission:
mdmurbach EricaEgg alberto-battistel yaomz16
These reviewers have expertise in areas relevant to my submission, including electrochemistry, data analysis, and Python-based software.
Please feel free to let me know if there's anything else I can assist with.
Hi @mdmurbach, Would you be at all available to review this JOSS submission?
Hi @EricaEgg, is there any chance you are available to review this submission for JOSS?
@ppxasjsm, it seems the reviewers may not have seen the initial invitation. Shall we consider sending the request again to ensure it reaches them?
