Pre-submission enquiry: Question about multi-repository submissions #1010

Hello JOSS team,

I’m considering submitting a paper for NASA’s Prognostics Python Packages nasa/prog_models and nasa/prog_algs. The two packages are very closely related. Would it be acceptable to create a single submission for the two packages?
