Have reviews openly listed on Reviewer page #1337

As an editor, I can see

Active reviews: X Reviews all time: Y

on any given reviewer's page at https://reviewers.joss.theoj.org/reviewers/<id>, with links to ongoing and past reviews.

I'm opening this issue to ask if this view could be opened to everyone so that anyone visiting a reviewer's page could see the number of reviews that they have and links to those reviews.

This was inspired by a request from a reviewer looking to be able to demonstrate their open-source contribution by pointing to their review.
