Revised versions should be associated with the original versions in the "your papers" view #171

There should only be one entry for a paper in "your papers" by default, but if there's more than one version of that paper available, there should be a disclosure triangle that allow you to select from the versions. Clicking on the paper without looking at the versions should send you to the newest version.
