Store the branch of the JOSS paper #134

Hi,

would it be possible to store the branch of the JOSS paper in the metadata? Or provide some new command

@whedon set joss as branch

so we do not need to run

@whedon recommend-accept from branch joss

and always add the branch to the commands.
