Create Mock-ups for displaying OpenJS Foundation mark on project websites #4

@kborchers had the great idea that we should provide a couple of examples for projects to pick from in choosing how to display the mark on project websites.

The webhint team has a very small, tasteful banner in their header, for example.

This is a good idea! However I would not mandate this in any form.

Yeah I think it should be up to the projects to go with what works for their specific site, we were just thinking that providing some options they can just drop in would be helpful 😄

I have added a footer to Architect's website. https://arc.codes/

Once we have a few more implementations we can pull them together, perhaps just as a list of links in the project on-boarding issue template.

I also sent a PR to webhint since I knew they had the old logo up anyway. They don't like the look of the multi-line text in the logo embedded in a single line of text so it looks like we'll end up with a slightly different variation on that site where it is just text in the header and the logo will live in the footer. I'll ping this issue when that goes live.

Update to https://webhint.io is now live to show what they did. Theirs was a bit more complex as I mentioned, plus they have a different color footer on pages outside of the home page but thanks to SVG we could recolor the logo text to the darker version. I think it turned out well and accomplishes the goal.

What is left as actionable for this issue?

Seeing how different the implementations are so far, I'm not sure if mock-ups would be useful. Perhaps we just add links to a couple of existing examples in our projects in the on-boarding checklist and then we can close this?

I'm fine with that solution; I just think having some examples for inspo will be nice.

So I don't lose this thread, is it OK if we keep the issue open until we get the new branding repo up per what's been discussed in openjs-foundation/cross-project-council#280 ? we can transfer this issue over there then.

Doing some issue cleanup, with the recommended project footer having been on the artwork repo for quite some time, I think this can be resolved.
