Travel fund request: OpenJS World North America - Paolo Insogna #23

I previously applied to speak at Collab summit (still await decision) and I was initially wrongly accepted for my talk. I got a comp free ticket for OpenJS World and I plan to attend anyway to Node.js collab summit as Node.js core team member.

Unfortunately, my company went under travel restriction and thus I need at least my hotel expenses covered. The total amount is EUR 1190.23.
