Describe the session
I'd like to open discussion how we could more intentionally manage issue triage. The emphasis will be on https://github.com/nodejs/help/issues, but not limited to that. I've conducted some quantitative analysis of open and close rates within that repo. I intend to dive deeper into the behaviors we see playing out there and the environment that has evolved over the past 8 years this repository has existed. I want to propose actionable next steps to benefit maintainers and people using Node.js seeking help.
