Describe the session

This Session aims to recap what the Build Team (and other collaborators) achieved to improve our infrastructure and the current continuous efforts to create a healthier infra for our Website and our Node.js Distribution Binaries.

The session aims to review key challenges, learnings, and improvements made and what's next. The collaboration space intends to be a space to share different opinions and ideas and collaborate on what's next for the Website infra and Build WG.

The Session will be broken down into 30 minutes of sharing (and allowing questions) and then 30 more minutes in the break room for whoever is interested on discuss the next priorities for the Website infra.
