Describe the session

• Review the current infrastructure for native memory management in Node.js
• Case study of a set of long-standing memory bugs I've recently looked into (https://github.com/nodejs/node/pull/48510)
• Discuss improvements we can make to the developer experience in leak/use-after-free debugging
• Discuss a path forward to Oilpan (https://github.com/nodejs/node/issues/40786)

I am going to do https://github.com/openjs-foundation/summit/issues/383 instead of this. It's quite a niche part of the code base, I am not sure if there would be enough people on-site to discuss this.
