Modified Features #43

Basic Feature has a "modified" attribute which is set to true if an attribute when the geometry is modified. This attribute is used by "Edit > Selection > Select All Modified Features" The problem is that "modified" attribute is not set to false when the feature is persisted to a file so that modified features are considered modified forever.
