Deactivated the numeric limit of raster info #90

Deactivated the numeric limit (by decimal format) of the raster info. It giva as output incorrect values for double-float, if the image is in geographic coordinates. The accuracy of the infomation is useful, for intance, to reference the image into a KML file using the values od the Raster Envelope as geographic tags of

Thanks Michael, I am working around a tutorial on the correct integration of raster maps in Google Earth using OpenJUMP (maybe a plugin). The correct information we can obtain (thanks to JTS) are really useful to georienting images (QGIS, from this point seems to give back inaccurate values
