`ojo_auth` fails to fill an .Renviron file if the ojodb ssl certs folder is not in expected location #128

What is the desired behavior? Do we want it to just error and say "Please put your certs in the correct location"? @brancengregory

Also, on my machine it does seem to create / update an .Renviron file regardless of whether the certs are there or not.
