1777 Change app margins for tablet and fix pagination action buttons

Description

• shrink margins in main container for Tablet resolution
• fix custom pagination action buttons so they now only render in CardView pagination
• fix position of selection button within workflow items for tablet resolution

How to test

1. login as whatever user
2. open developer tools in the browser and change width of window to 768px
3. margin in main container should shrink
4. also check if pagination action buttons in Notifications differ from ones in CardView pagination
