Create new grid for geospatial impact evaluation

for your information. I hope to finish this ticket until the end of the week. The image below already shows you how the database looks currently (5 sqkm resolution, ~2 Mio cells, cells are classified if they are within the PAs and if they cross the boarder....

small note from my side @yotaae and @melvinhlwong . I just filtered the list of treated areas for areas that are not "proposed" that are not "UNESCO-MAB Biosphere Reserve" (which is a weaker conservation category with less clear spatial delineation) and only for such with polygon representation. Out of the original 398 area only 356 remain. This is not so important for the analysis but should be noted later in the description of the database.
