This PR updates the translations of location types:
Updates the translations in the reference kfw_location_types.
Updates the french template to be in agreement with the reference.
Introduce tests that verifies that each translation is in agreement with the ref (see test_location_types.py)
Removes redundant translations of location type names from the english and french translation of the template as they have been moved into the kfw_location_types.
