ChEMBL29 #12

A new version of ChEMBL is out. Should the zip file be adapted to v.29?

CHEMBL 29 added as a new release (https://github.com/openkinome/kinodata/releases/tag/v0.3). Files are added as assets so you just need to update the links in your code by changing 28 -> 29.
