kinase.com not reachable #18

Over the past few days kinase.com was not reachable. That site is used to cross-reference human kinases in human_kinases.ipynb.

As far as I can tell kinase.com is back online and working. I think this issue could be closed.

The data wasn't used anyway. So that section is gone in the ChEMBL 33 update.
