Much of the necessary code is merged.

• [x] update the EGFR notebook (references to the current release; the last release has the non-updated version...)
• [x] add data/human_kinases_and_chembl_targets.chembl_33.csv
• [x] Both changes are done with merging #20

Release artifacts

• [x] package the code as kinodata-0.5
• [x] create the activities artifacts
• [x] create the EGFR activities artifacts

Release notes

• [x] get the numbers for the table in the release post
• [x] mention removal of kinase.com
• [x] mention changed Uniprot query

@mbackenkoehler Yes, the zip and tar.gz archives should be automatically generated on a release.

Just so we don't forget, we probably want to tag the current state of the main branch (for the release) as v0.5, following the practice of the previous release in https://github.com/openkinome/kinodata/releases/tag/v0.4

The tag should go on the merge commit of #20 . If the release doesn't tag automatically (I specified a tag there), I can do that after the fact.
