Debian unstable source package for v0.10

Original release-debian-sid branch was split from the master while debian source package branch was split from dpm's release-v0.10 branch. I've removed and uploaded a new release-debian-sid branch split from release-v0.10 and added the debian source package commit.

I'm closing the pull request.
