There were multiple small ux bugs in package view pages. With this commit trying to fix those.

Added Data files table to download resources.
Added blank div with id "resource-idx" so that from dpr-js we can generate handson tables.
Deleted 'Switch View', in page Search box
Update metadata button point to bitstore.
The top download button points to data-files div.
