feat: add absolute-size & relative-size keywords of font-size #1430

Closes #1409

添加了一些 small/large 这类绝对字体类型大小的关键字，也添加了 larger 和 smaller 这类相对大小的关键字，由于这部分的定义似乎是宿主相关的，所以具体数值我参照了 Chrome 的大小。
