CBOX OL: Widgets appear in sidebar on Q&A page

Hi Boone,

I'm not sure exactly what happened here, but here's what I think I did:

• I was trying to change the widgets that appeared on 'Sample Page' (https://openlabdev.commonsinabox.org/webwork-qa-plugin-testing/sample-page/), so I went to Dashboard > Widgets.
• This looked very strange (see screenshot below), so I scrolled down the page and tried to figure out what I was seeing, but didn't save any changes.
• When I went back to the WW Q&A page, I saw the widgets, overlapping with the filters in the sidebar (see screenshot).

When I compare with hardg.com/webwork, I can't reproduce, but the site isn't using block widgets.

Apologies if this is just user error! I didn't want to mess around with the widgets too much until I reported the issue.

I'm not sure what's going on with the Block editor for widgets, and why those widgets are suddenly appearing on the main page.

For the time being, the webworkqa page is not compatible with proper WP widgets. We may fix this in the future #215 but it cannot be fixed now. I've added a note to the installation documentation suggesting a full-width template (which most themes, including webwork-theme, come with).
