Wie @moba anmerkte, ist es auf jeden Fall sinnvoll, eine schrittweise Anleitung nach dem Motto „WAS TUE ICH WENN INTERNET DOWN. SCHRITT EINS. SCHRTIT ZWEI. SCHRITT DREI“ zu schreiben.

Extended goal: Wiki offline verfügbar und editierbar? Zumindest readonly spiegeln?
