✨ Updates

adds new option for useETHGasPrice to not run if EIP-1559 support
various file updates following on from #457
If gasPrice is used tx's will use the average (from fast) gas price. Due to Ethereum network changes, they may pay far more than they wanted to.

🐞 Bugs squashed

Trezor and Ledger wallets should now work with MetaMask as they do not support EIP-1559, yet.
