IE 10. resizing doesn't work correctly in IE controls #938

When resizing the IE, the tiles in the openstreetmap doesn't show correctly. The land tiles are missing. Please have a try with openlayers example\drag-feature.html. I found this issue initially in IE webcontrol which contains openstreetmap and when I minimize and maximize the app, lands tile are loaded incorrectly. Please have a look the pictures below. Can you please indicate which revision of OpenLayers you are using, and what exact steps are required to reproduce (i.e. what you do exactly to "resize IE")?
