Updates to CAN Physical Layer S&TN from group discussion #137

This makes updates to the CAN Physical Layer S&TN in response to the OpenLCB group discussion.

Changes include:

Use "attached to the same segment" when talking about wire connections in node
Change language to allow for an amplifier on the ALT-L/ALT_H conductors
Fix and/or remove broken links. This resulted in removal of one footnote, which renumbered the following ones.
Recommend isolating power to the individual connectors
Update the sample schematic with power bypass diodes

Updated section 3.3 figure
