Typo in S-9.7.0.3/April 25 and web site #48

Two minor administrivia things I've noticed and Alex asked me open a ticket to track. Apologies if they've been fixed already.

1) S-9.7.0.3, April 25, 2021 adopted version. "Manufactures" is used in a few places (like the table in 5.4) when the writer intends "Manufacturer" or "Manufacturers" . Although it is in the spec, a technically inclined reader will see that just as a typo, not a spec error. "Manufactures" is a verb, and I believe the writer desires the noun.

2) https://openlcb.org/, section "Summary of Changes to LCC Documents 2021-04-25 (extra comments)" . I believe that the sentence "The changes in two docs below correct an oversight in how we assign a 24-bit address range to Manufacturers without a DC Manufacturer ID. " should read as "without a DCC" , not DC, ID.
