Could someone figure out what is needed in the windows library folder? #5

I feel like there's way too much crap in there right now. Would someone mind figuring out what is and isn't needed?

Hmm, On second thought, Astagi was completely right. Since there are actually are people using 32 bit windows, I will just not include the Windows libs.

OS X 10.8 is exclusively 64 bit and I think 10.7 is as well, so I'm going to leave the OS X library files in.

I am going to leave this issue open as I still would like to know what specific library files windows users will need to add manually.
