Add a "student friendly" and "description" field to most elements #24

Education standards are usually written in language that is difficult for many students to understand. One of the common tasks for educators is to "unpack" standards. We take existing standards, and rewrite them in language that students can understand. It also helps to write a longer narrative description of standards.

We don't do this for every single standard, but that could actually change with a crowdsourced approach to maintaining standards.

Description fields added for most elements. Styling is still a bit ugly, but styling issues are being addressed in #4, #5, and #6.
