Server error when creating new sda #62

Write a test that fails for this bug, and passes when it's fixed.

When I created the superuser for the site, I forgot to create a userprofile as well. Probable longer term solution is to automatically create the userprofile whenever a user is created. #63

This particular server error is addressed.

Also, cleaned up test suite slightly, and started list of initial tests to write. #65
