Polish while sharing

This is work that was moved from Revise for sharing.

• [ ] Continue refactoring
  • [ ] Write initial tests. #65
  • [ ] Refactor views.py to a manageable state.
  • [ ] Update glossary.md, now that taxonomy has been clarified and a sample school set up.
• [ ] Make a simple roadmap, that I can point people to.
  • Joining a school.
  • Public/ private competency sets. (ie, only list public schools under /schools)
  • Forking.
• [ ] Other (see #48).
