Added a gs for an sda; it didn't show up on edit_sa_summary, but does show up on sa_summary.

[x] Write failing test
- Context was correct; template was not using context correctly. Wrote a test, but it passed! Helped identify how to make template use context correctly.

Same issue for subject area gstds.

Also, can't add a pi for any gstd!

Saves pi (verified through admin site, and through test), but does not display on sa_summary.
- [x] Write a test for this?
- Should be able to call sa_summary, and test for elements in OrderedDicts.
