Change School to Organization, with a default type of 'school' #84

I'm pretty confident Open Competencies will be useful to a variety of organizations, so I'd like to get away from the strict use of the term 'school'. An organization could be a school, a district, a professional organization, or even a private company organizing training for employees.

[x] Change models.py
[x] Change model name in views.py
[x] Change variable names in views.py
[x] Change variable names in templates.
[ ] Change urls?
- Not for now. Focus is on schools first; data model is flexible now, urls can be dealt with later.

I can't add subject areas to an organization I own. Permissions model issue?

Fixed; template school.html was looking for user.userprofile.schools, not organizations.
