Needs a careful implementation, but I think it's pretty straightforward. An organization can't be deleted until it has 1 owner:

[ ] If there are multiple owners, simply remove the user from the organization;
[ ] If the user is the sole owner of the organization, allow deletion.

What about other people using the school? Can there be watchers? Stars?
