As Open Competencies becomes established, we probably want to distinguish between a Sample School that new users can mess around with, and a Model School that we recommend others base their own school off of. Maybe we just have a Base School or Model School, and when people want to mess around they fork that school under their own account, or create a blank school and mess around with that.
