Unfortunately not, EUR-LEX is imho still the "best" interface... but still far away of being state-of-the-art.
Would you be interested in integrating this data into openlegaldata? Based on info from the OP https://op.europa.eu/o/opportal-service/download-handler?identifier=50ecce27-857e-11e8-ac6a-01aa75ed71a1&format=pdf&language=en&productionSystem=cellar&part= the same data used by EUR-LEX is available via SPARQL, though there is only an R package. For my purposes I will probably prefer a python package. Would you be interested to collaborate on this, and does oldp support additional data sources or would this require bigger changes?
Do you know of an API for EU case law? I know for example that there is http://api.epdb.eu but I think it has only legislation and preparatory documents. There are also various data interfaces by the EU (https://eur-lex.europa.eu/content/welcome/data-reuse.html), but they are anything but simple to use. So do you know of something comparable, or would you be interested in supporting this in openlegaldata?
